 1. Program Provider
The training programs and services are provided by Sumif Team (referred to as “we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Program Description
The Win Budget Cycle (WBC) program is a professional budgeting training course designed for non-finance professionals. The program includes theoretical lessons, practical exercises, and a final capstone project.

3. Pricing and Payment
The full WBC program is priced at $1,000 USD, including both theoretical and practical components.
The theoretical component is available separately at $500 USD.
Payments must be completed in full prior to program enrollment unless an installment plan is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
All payments are non-transferable and non-assignable.

4. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only if:
The participant completes all program modules, assignments, and the capstone project, and
The participant can demonstrate inability to build a departmental budget from scratch despite following the provided methodology.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after program completion.

Refunds do not apply if:
The participant does not complete the full program,
The participant violates program guidelines,
The participant fails to attend sessions without prior notice,
The request is made after 14 days post-completion.

5. Program Access
Program materials, templates, sessions, and recordings (if provided) are for personal use only.
Sharing, redistributing, selling, or publishing course materials, models, or frameworks without permission is strictly prohibited.
Access may be revoked without refund if unauthorized distribution is detected.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:
Provide accurate information during registration,
Attend sessions on time,
Complete assignments honestly and independently,
Maintain respectful communication with instructors and other participants.

7. Intellectual Property
All program content including:
Curriculum,
Financial models,
Budgeting frameworks,
Templates,
Videos, text, and exercises
are the intellectual property of Sumif Team and are protected by copyright laws.

8. Confidentiality
Participants may be exposed to business examples or case studies. They agree not to disclose any sensitive or proprietary information presented during training.

9. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Update curriculum,
Reschedule sessions,
Change instructors, or
Improve learning materials
without prior individual consent, provided program quality is maintained or improved.

10. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, job promotions, salary increases, or employment.
We are not liable for personal, business, or career decisions made based on program participation.
Our responsibility is limited to delivering the training as described.

11. Code of Conduct
Any participant engaging in:
harassment,
hate speech,
discrimination,
disruptive behavior, or
academic dishonesty
may be removed from the program without refund.

12. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in our program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
